摘要
概述了2014年北京展会参展企业的总体特点:参展的铸件质量水平越来越高;铸件质量水平高的企业装备都比较精良;铸件质量水平高的企业都有一支优秀的人才队伍支撑;铸件轻量化渐成发展趋势;铸造企业通过生产国际高标准铸件提升自身管理水平。介绍了一些典型铸件的材料质量水平、工艺水平、质量控制、检测水平,指出,由于高端铸件生产工艺复杂,要求质量非常稳定,且担负重要作用,因此生产高端铸件的企业一般经济效益都比较好。
The general characteristics of exhibiting enterprises attending 2014 Beijing Exhibition were summarized as follows： quality level of exhibited castings became higher and higher; all high quality level casting-producing enterprises have excellent equipments;all high quality level casting-producing enterprises are supported by an outstanding personnel team;weight- lightening gradually became developing tendency;by through production of internationally high standard castings, the enterprises enhanced their management level. Quality level,process and method level, quality control and test level of some typical castings were introduced. It was pointed out that since production process of high level castings was complicated and,in addition,those castings were used for important function,therefore,relatively better economic benefit normally obtained by those foundries which producing high level castings.
