摘要
对某型号商用空调压缩机在不同频率下工作的噪声进行测试,并分析压缩机的噪声频谱特性。结合实际安装时的限制条件,制定相应的压缩机隔声罩噪声控制方案,利用声学仿真技术预测采用压缩机隔声罩降噪的可行性。经实际声学测试对比,优选两种材料作为隔声罩的主体。实际实验表明,在空调机组左、右、后方三个测点平均降噪约6 d B,在机组正前方降噪量为1 d B到4 d B不等。由此,可确认PVC/PET纤维吸隔声复合材料的隔声罩能有效降低压缩机噪声和空调机组的噪声。
The noise of a commercial air-conditioner’s compressor was tested under different operation conditions. Thenoise spectral characteristic was analyzed. Considering the actual installation restrictions, a noise control method usingacoustic enclosure for the compressor was made. Feasibility of the compressor’s acoustic enclosure was forecasted by acousticsimulation. Two materials, PVC and PET, were chosen for the enclosure through acoustic comparative test. Results of thetest show that after the installation of the enclosure, the noise of the measurement points at the left, the right and the rear ofthe air-conditioner is reduced by 6 dB in average. In front of the air-conditioner, the noise is reduced by 1-4 dB. Thus, it canbe concluded that the acoustic enclosure made up of PVC/PET fibrous composite material can effectively reduce the noise ofair-conditioners.
