摘要
党的十八届三中全会正式提出了"发展普惠金融"的概念,2008年以来中国金融教育发展基金会致力于在我国中西部农村地区开展金融知识教育与培训,即"金惠工程"。"金惠工程"的理念与当前众多的新兴经济体国家广泛开展国民金融素质教育的主要目的——发展普惠金融是一致的。文章提出发展普惠金融需农村金融教育先行的观点,阐述并分析了我国农村金融教育工作实施情况及效果,并提出了几点建议。
The concept of“Inclusive Financial System”was formally put forward in the third plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. Since 2008, China Foundation for Development of Financial Education has dedicated to the financial knowledge education and training in the middle and western rural areas in China, namely“Jinhui Project”. The idea of“Jinhui Project”is con-sistent with developing inclusive financial system which is the purpose for many emerging economies to extensively carry out national financial quality-oriented education. The paper puts forward that the development of inclusive financial system needs developing rural financial education first, elaborates and analyzes the implementation and effects of China’s rural financial education, and provides some suggestions.
