摘要
为了解科技文献共享平台的运行状况，本研究基于用户的视角提出“可见、可得、可用”评价模型，选取了省、市、自治区以及区域科技文献共享平台为评估对象，通过网络信息搜集、信息检索、定期监测、软件测试以及专家打分方法，进行我国省级科技文献共享平台资源开放共享的评价，期望为科技文献共享平台的改进以及政府在科技文献共享平台规划、投入方面的决策提供依据。
In order to know the situation of scientific literature sharing platform, the paper taking the province, autonomous region, city and regional scientific literature sharing platform as the objects, it carries out the assessment based on the ＆quot;visible, available, usable＆quot; evaluation model. The results can not only help to improvement the performance of sharing platform, but also as the reference for scientific literature sharing planning, investing etc..
