摘要
市政工程监理旨在保证工程可靠性、安全性、耐久性等使用功能目标,力争实现这些目标的最优化。只有掌握科学的监理方法,才能有效协调施工现场的各个单位,加强监理管理,实行全过程监理控制,实现监理预期目标。论文在市政工程监理面临的困难基础上探析监理现状,并据此提出提高监理效果的对策。
The municipal engineering supervision to ensure reliability, safety, durability, use function such as the goal, strive to achieve these goals optimization.
