摘要
介绍了山西省北部地区某以碎煤加压气化为煤气化工艺的年产30×10~4t合成氨、40×10~4 t硝铵,年回收LNG1.1×10~8m^3煤化工项目配套污水处理装置工艺设计,根据碎燥加压气化污水水质特点及回用要求,对该类型污水处理工艺难点进行分析,确定工艺技术路线和主要处理工艺流程。
This paper introduces the process design of the wastewater treatment device for coal chemical projects, which coal gasification process used crushed coal pressurized gasification, with an annual output of 300 000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 400 000 tons of ammonium nitrate, the recovery of LNG 110 million m3. According to the characteristics of wastewater of crushed coal pressurized gasification and reuse requirements, this paper analyzed the difficulties for this type of wastewater treatment process, determined the process route and the main treatment process.
