对于内流区无监测资料的湖泊水面丰枯水评估的探讨

摘要 2011年第一次全国水利普查是新中国成立以来第一次全面的水利调查,普查共分8个专项,其中河湖普查开展最早,河湖普查是国务院第一次全国水利普查的主要任务,也是其他水利专项普查的基础。湖泊特征清查中对于湖泊水面面积丰、平、枯水的评估,需要基层普查单位来完成,对于这些湖泊没有观测数据和历史资料可参考性差,需要根据湖泊实际情况对湖泊水面面积有影响的多个因素进行综合评估。 The first national census for water conservancy in 2011 is the first comprehensive water conservancy survey in Chinese since the establishment of PRC. The census is divided into 8 projects,of which the earliest part is the census of rivers and lakes. It is the main task for the first national census for water conservancy,and also the basis of other water conservancy special census. The lake water surface area assessment of wet and dry years needs to be completed by census units. For these lakes that have no observation data and historical data reference difference,a comprehensive assessment of multiple factors that has an effect on the surface area of the lake,is conducted according to the actual situation of the lake.
