摘要
研究目的:从人口发展角度出发,自下而上确定高标准基本农田建设规模,构建高标准基本农田建设评价指标体系,为高标准基本农田规模的确定及建设区域划定提供方法参考。研究方法:熵权法和多因素综合评价。研究结果:从人口预测角度出发能够准确预测高标准基本农田建设规模,熵权法能够客观反映高标准基本农田建设评价体系中指标的重要程度,为高标准基本农田建设评价和合理划定提供一种方法。研究结论:应用人口预测模型和熵权法,从人口发展变化的角度建设高标准基本农田,为高标准基本农田建设规模与建设区域的划定提供了新思路;将生态景观条件引入高标准基本农田建设,构建自然条件、基础设施条件、社会经济条件和生态景观条件评价指标体系,提高了评价结果的科学性和现实应用的可操作性。
The purpose of this study is to determine the area of well-facilitated primary farmland from the perspective of population development in the bottom-up way. It also aims to dig connotation of well-facilitated primary farmland with constructing evaluation index system, and further provide method reference for the identification and the construction. Methods of system analysis, entropy method and muhifactor comprehensive evaluation were employed. The results indicate that this method can accurately predict well-facilitated primary farmland construction area from the perspective of population development. The entropy method objectively reflects the importance of indicators for the evaluation of well-facilitated primary farmland construction. It provides a method for well-facilitated capital farmland assessment rational distribution. The paper concludes that the paper provides new ideas for the delineation of well-facilitated primary farmland area based on population prediction models and entropy method. It introduces ecological landscape conditionsto well-facilitated primary farmland assessment including natural conditions, infrastructure, socio-economic conditions and ecological landscape conditions. It enhances the scientific results of the evaluation and application of the operability for well-facilitated primary farmland construction.
