根据等代原理,通过采用新材料和新结构,对车箱、副车架结构及液压系统进行优化设计,在保证强度和安全性能的前提下降低了自质量及成本,进而完成了自卸车的轻量化设计。
Based on the equalization theory,by using new materials and structure,the design of carriage,auxiliary frame, hydraulic system is optimized,and on the premise of ensuring the strength and safety,the self-mass and cost is decreased, thus the light weight design of a dump truck has been completed.
