摘要
高校班主任身居学生工作第一线 ,对学生的健康成长起着举足轻重的作用 ,如何做好高校班主任工作 ,如何真正发挥班主任的作用 ,一直是大家关注的问题 ,本文试就这一问题作初步探讨。
Class advisors work and live among the students. Undoubtedly they play a vital part in the sound growth of students. Therefore, how to do well as a class advisor and how to give full play to his work should deserve everybody's attention, this paper makes a preliminary discussion about it.
