摘要
该文引入等效电荷概念,较好地处理了极化电荷,讨论了有介质时象电荷的确定,给出了导体与介质交界以及两种介质交界情况下的电么问题求解。
This paper introduces the item 'the equivalence electric charge', does better with the polarizing charge, dicusses the definition of the electric charge when there is medium,given the resolution to the electric image under the conductor,the medium intersection and two medium intersections.
