青年自发性低颅压综合征七例误诊分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的：探讨青年自发性低颅压综合征（ spontaneous intracranial hypotension, SIH）的临床特点及误诊情况。方法对我院收治并误诊的青年SIH 7例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组因头痛就诊5例,误诊为颅内感染3例,蛛网膜下腔出血2例；因头晕就诊2例,误诊为椎基底动脉供血不足、颈椎病各1例。本组7例误诊时间3-10 d,均经腰椎穿刺及MRI检查明确诊断为SIH,予卧床及大量补液治疗后症状缓解,出院。结论症状、体征不典型的青年SIH易误诊,临床应提高对本病的认识,尽早行腰椎穿刺、颅脑及脊椎MRI检查,可减少或避免误诊误治。
