摘要
为改善加氢裂化尾油的油品性质,以加氢裂化尾油为原料,采用自主研制的Pt/SAPO-11和W-Ni/Al2O3催化剂及一段串联加氢工艺可生产出优质的特种油。从产品馏分分析数据可知,轻质馏分可生产6#、120#、SHD80、SHD100和SH-2731等溶剂油,重质馏分可生产工业白油和专用润滑油基础油。
To improve the hydrocracking tail oil properties, the high quality special oil is produced with hydrocrac-king tail oil as raw material, by the independently developed catalysts Pt/SAPO-11 and W-Ni/Al2 O3 and a series of hydrogenation process.Analyzing the data from the product fraction , it is known that light fraction can be used to produce the solvent oils of 6#, 120#, SHD80, SHD100 and SH-2731, and heavy fraction can be used to produce industrial white oil and special lubricating base oil.
