结核感染T细胞斑点实验在结核病快速诊断中的临床应用价值 被引量：16

摘要 目的研究结核感染T细胞斑点实验(T-SPOT.TB)在结核病快速诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析了我院行TSPOT.TB检查的97位患者临床资料,依临床诊断将受试者分成3组:患者组、对照组和诊断不明组,3组病例分别为43例、35例、19例。结果发现患者组有41例T-SPOT.TB呈阳性,敏感性为95.3%;对照组有32例T-SPOT.TB试验呈阴性,特异性为91.4%。结论结核感染T细胞斑点(TSPOT.TB)试验可用于结核的快速诊断,且具有较高的敏感性和特异性。
