摘要
"幼儿园喂药"事件的发生是多种因素共同作用的结果,但最主要的原因是民办幼儿园投机谋取利益。民办幼儿园的营利性经营一直是被社会大众所认可的,但喂药事件的集中爆发,让公众对民办幼儿园的营利性经营感到担忧。文章从民办幼儿园营利行为的正当性入手,阐述民办幼儿园营利的正当性缘起,剖析营利行为异化的原因,并提出几点建议,以期避免类似事件的再次发生。
＂kindergarten medicine＂event is a combination of strength, but the main reason is that the interests of private kindergarten speculation. Private kindergartens operating profit has been recognized by the public, but the incident broke out, so that the public are worried about private kindergarten’s behavior for profit. Therefore, this article will start from the legitimacy of private kindergarten for profit, elaborate the legitimacy of origin-profit private kindergarten, analyze the behavior of alienation-profit reasons, and put forward some pertinent suggestions to the responsible person for the incident, in order to avoid the recurrence of similar incidents.
