摘要
目的对比分析在内镜下应用金属钛夹与注射止血对胃溃疡合并出血进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取2010年5月~2013年7月收治的胃溃疡合并出血患者136例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组在内镜下应用金属钛夹止血,对照组实施注射止血,对比观察两组的临床疗效。结果两组患者均有极高的即时止血率,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组止血有效率明显高于对照组,再出血率与并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于胃溃疡合并出血患者,在内镜下应用金属钛夹与应用药物注射进行止血见效均较快,但金属钛夹止血效果好,不容易出现再次出血。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of endoscopic application of metallic titanium clips and drug injection to gastric ulcer and bleeding. Methods 136 cases of patients with gastric ulcer and bleeding treated in our hospital from May 2010 to July 2013 were admitted,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,endoscopic application of metallic titanium clips was taken to the observation group,while drug injection was taken to the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The two groups both had a high rate of immediate hemostasis,the difference was not significant（P〉0.05）;and the effective rate of stanch bleeding in observation group was higher than that in control group,rebleeding rate and complication rate was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with gastric ulcer and bleeding,endoscopic application of metallic titanium clips and drug injection both stop bleeding quickly,but metallic titanium clips has better efficacy,not prone to bleeding again.
