摘要
本文引入泵浦函数,研究了半导体激光的粒子数反转条件和输出特性。所得结果是合理和可信的。
This paper studies the inversion condition and output properties of semiconductor laser by introducing a pumping function to the susceptibility of semiconductor to indicate the pumping level.The results are reasonable and believable.
