摘要
风险投资是市场经济中发展高新技术产业必不可少的投资行为 ,本文阐述了风险投资具有的功能 ,我国风险投资业发展存在的问题 ,并且着重从政府角度、投融资体制角度、投资运作角度提出发展我国风险投资业的对策建议。
Risk investing is the necessing inuesting activity with developing of high and new tech bology in the market controling economic system. This articli discusses the function of nisk in vesting and the problems in it. It sereses on the saggestions for the governmert.
