摘要
目的观察加味玉屏风散对慢性肾小球肾炎脾肾气虚证患者的治疗效果。方法将60例慢性肾小球肾炎脾肾气虚证患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组予以西医治疗,治疗组在西医治疗基础上配合加味玉屏风散治疗,疗程6周。观察两组间中医证候、尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、血尿素氮等指标的变化。结果两组证候疗效总有效率比较有显著性差异,治疗组明显优于对照组(p<0.05);在降24小时尿蛋白的作用方面,治疗组优于对照组,有显著差异(p<0.05)。结论加味玉屏风散不但能显著改善慢性肾小球肾炎患者的中医临床症状,而且能够降低尿蛋白定量。
Objective To observe the effect of modified Yuping Feng powder on chronic glomerulonephritis in the treatment of patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney. Methods 60 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis, deficiency of spleen and kidney were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases. The control group was given western medicine treatment, the treatment group based on the treatment of Western medicine combined wittl modified Yuping Feng San treatment, treating for 6 weeks. Observed the changes between the two groups of TCM syndrome, urine protein, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and other indicators. Results the syndrome effect the to- tal efficiency of two groups were significant difference, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （p〈0. 05 ） ; between each drop of 24 hour urine protein function have significant difference, the treatment group was bet- ter than in control group （p〈0.05）. Conclusion the modified Yuping Feng powder can not only improve the clinical symptoms in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, but also can reduce the quantity of urinary protein.
