摘要
目的探讨自我健康管理在高校网球教学中对运动损伤的应用效果。方法选取2011学年度至2013学年度选修网球训练的120名大二学生作为研究对象,其中2011年至2012年与2012年至2013年各60名,分别作为对照组和观察组,对照组未给予无明显的预防干预措施,观察组则采用自我健康管理模式对学生进行损伤预防,比较两组学生发生运动损伤发生率和严重程度。结果观察组学生发生损伤发生率和严重程度均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我健康管理模式大大降低了大学生在网球训练课中发生损伤的风险,有效的缓解了损伤的严重程度,从而间接的提高了网球教学中的安全性,可适当的推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect on preventing injuries during tennis teaching by self-health management.Methods One hundred and twenty sophomore from 2011-2013 academic year were chosen as the research objects, sixty sophomore from 2011-2012 academic year were chosen as the control group, sixty sophomore from 2011-2012 academic year were chosen as the observation group,the control group sophomore were not given prevention interventions,the observation group sophomore were given prevention interventions under the self-health management pattern.The occurrence rate and sports injury severity of two groups were compared.Results The proportion of injuries and damage degree of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The self-health management model greatly reduces the risk of injury in college students in tennis training, effectively reduce the severity of injury and thereby indirectly improve the security of tennis teaching,it can be appropriately applied.
