摘要
在高校健美操教学中实施"导生制"教学,教师负责教学的"面",导生负责教学的"点",利用"学生教学生"的方式实现"生—生"互动,不仅保持了课堂的持续动态,而且实现了教学内容的延伸性,缓解了学生多而师资力量不足的矛盾,使教学起到事半功倍的效果。
