摘要
我国再生铜产业已经成为中国有色金属工业的重要组成部分,极大地缓解了我国原生铜矿产资源不足的矛盾。我国废杂铜主要来源于国内回收和国外进口。进口含铜废料中,以回收铜为主的废电线电缆,约占进口总量的2/3。随着电子信息等科技产业的迅猛发展,废电线电缆再生铜资源化技术受到越来越多的关注。目前资源化综合利用废电线电缆的主要技术有机械处理技术、热回收处理技术、化学处理技术、低温冷冻处理技术、超声波分离回收技术和高压水射流回收技术。综述了各种方法和工艺的特点以及技术研究现状。
Reclaimed copper industry has become an important part of the nonferrous metals industry in China, and greatly alleviates the contradiction of insufficient native copper mineral resources. Our copper scraps mainly come from domestic and imports, especially waste wire and cable which account for about two-thirds of the total imports. With the rapid development of electronic information technology, reclaiming technologies of copper from waste wire and cable have drawn more and more attention. The current primary technologies were introduced, including mechanical technology, heat recovery process, chemical treatment, freezing process, ultrasonic separation recycling and the high pressure water jet technology with analysis of their advantages and disadvantages and technology research status.
