小菜蛾对溴虫腈抗性筛选、风险评估及交互抗性研究 被引量:7

Selection, risk assessment and cross-resistance of resistance to chlorfenapyr in the diamondback moth,Plutella xylostella(L.)

摘要 溴虫腈是目前防治小菜蛾的主要杀虫剂之一,为评估其抗性风险,在室内采用浸叶法,用溴虫腈亚致死剂量对小菜蛾3龄幼虫进行抗性筛选,筛选18代时应用域性状分析法进行抗性风险评估及交互抗性测定。结果表明:小菜蛾饲养20代,用溴虫腈筛选18代,与起始种群相比,抗性增长48.2倍。域性状分析法估算得小菜蛾对溴虫腈的抗性现实遗传力为0.465,且前半段筛选的抗性遗传力(0.563)远大于后半段筛选的抗性遗传力(0.078)。在现实遗传力为室内估算值的一半,死亡率为80%-90%时,预计小菜蛾对溴虫腈抗性增加10倍,仅需要6.6-8.3代。交互抗性测定结果表明,小菜蛾对溴虫腈产生抗性后,对阿维菌素、虱螨脲、氯虫苯甲酰胺、多杀菌素和茚虫威无交互抗性,但对丁醚脲可能具有交互抗性。结果显示:小菜蛾具有对溴虫腈产生高水平抗性的风险,但可通过与没有交互抗性的杀虫剂的轮用来延缓抗性的发展。 Resistance of the diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella ( L. ) to many kinds of insecticides has been documented in many areas. Chloffenapyr has been recently used as a key insecticide for control P. xylostella. Resistance selection for P. xylostella to chlorfenapyr and cross- resistance of selected population to other insecticides were conducted in laboratory to evaluate the risk of resistance. The third instar larvae of the diamondback moth from Taigu, Shanxi Province were used for selected by leaf dipping method with sublethal dose of chlorfenapyr. Resistance risk was assessed with the method described by Tabashnik & McGaughey, and cross- resistance of the selected population to other insecticides was measured by leaf dip assay. After selected 18 generations during 20 generations of laboratory rearing, P. xylostella exhibited 48.2 -folds resistance to chlorfenapyr compared with the primary population. Realized heritability (h2) of resistance for the entire selection experiment was 0. 465 and h2 in the first period of selection experiment (0. 563 ) was higher than that in the second period (0. 078 ). Assuming estimated h2 is 0. 233 in field and that population receives exposure to chlorfenapyr dose causing 80% - 90% mortality, then a 10 - folds increased resistance would be expected after 6.6 - 8.3 generations. Bioassay indicated that the resistant strain had no cross-resistance to abamectin, lufenuron, chlorantraniliprole, spinosad and indoxacarb, but it might have cross -resistance to diafenthiuron. The results indicate that diamondback moth has the potential to develop high resistance to chlorfenapyr.However, when chlorfenapyr is applied by rotation with other insecticides without cross -resistance, the resistance development rate in the diamondback moth would be delayed.
