国产麻醉深度检测仪与脑电双频谱指数在全麻镇静深度监测中的比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨国产麻醉深度检测仪与脑电双频谱指数在全身麻醉手术镇静深度监测中的相关性及安全性。方法:择期行全身麻醉手术40例,采用自身对照研究,患者入室后同时进行国产麻醉深度检测仪(记录麻醉深度指数,Cerebral State Index,CSI)与脑电双频谱指数(Bispectral Index,BIS)监测,记录麻醉诱导前(t0)、插管后3min(t1)、切皮即刻(t2)、切皮后30min(t3)、术毕(t4)、拔管时(t5)及出手术室时(t6)的CSI和BIS值(每个时点记录3组数据),并观察不良反应发生情况。结果:所有患者监测部位均未发生不良反应,各时点CSI和BIS变化一致,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:国产麻醉深度检测仪与BIS具有良好相关性,能较好反映围术期麻醉深度变化,使用安全可行。 Objective, To investigate the correlation and safety of domestic anesthesia depth detector with bispectral index during general anesthesia surgery sedative depth monitor. Methods. Using own control study, forty ASA grade Ⅰ or Ⅱpatients undergoing elective general anesthesia operation were included. Each one conducted with domestic anesthetic depth detector (records of Cerebral State Index, CSI) and the Bispectral Index (BIS) monitoring simultaneously. The CSI and BIS value were recorded before anesthesia induction (t0), three minutes after intubation (t1), at the beginning of the operation (t2), thirty minutes after skin incision (t3), at the end of the operation (t4), at the time of the endotracheal tube extubation (%) and, at the second of leaving the operating room (%), each time point recorded three sets of data, the adverse reactions were also observed. Results. None adverse reaction occured among all patients during the anesthesia depth monitor, changes between the CSI and BIS value were similar, and no statistical difference was observed (P〉0.05). Conclusions. The domestic anesthesia depth detector could primely reflect the perioperative anesthesia depth change, and have good correlation with BIS monitor, which can be safety use during general anesthesia.
