摘要
输血挽救无数患者的生命，但输血又会引起一系列的并发症和不良反应，如何减少不必要输血，促进临床合理用血发展，本文将从合理输血、成分输血、自体输血三方面进行阐述。
Transfusion can save countless patients＇ lives, but may cause a series of complications and adverse reactions,to reduce unnecessary blood transfusions and promote the rational clinical use of blood,this article is elaborating in three aspects,that are rational blood transfusion, transfusion of blood components, autologous blood transfusion.
