摘要
加强高校领导干部作风建设,是践行党的群众路线、实践党的宗旨的重要举措。当前绝大部分高校领导干部的思想作风与工作作风是好的和比较好的,但也有少数领导干部存在"四风"方面的问题。为此,必须建立健全高校领导干部作风建设的长效机制。
Strengthening the work style of college cadres is the important behavior of practicing the mass line and tenet of the Party. Currently,the vast majority of college cadres play a good role,but there are a few cadres have problems in ＂ four work styles＂（ namely,formalism,bureaucracy,hedonism and luxury）. Therefore,the long- term effective mechanism of work style of college cadres must be established and improved as soon as possible.
