摘要
大学衍生创业是实现科研成果转化的有效模式。我国大学衍生创业目前还受到诸多因素的制约:传统观念和体制的束缚、科研成果应用价值不高和转化率较低、衍生创业风险较大及地方政府支持力度不够等。作为应对策略,大学衍生创业必须充分发挥政府的主导作用,高校积极实施协同创新,全面提升创业团队的能力。
Constructing entrepreneurial universities is an effective way to realize the transformation of scientific research achievements. In China,there is a great deal of factors restricting the entrepreneurship of universities and colleges at present,including the restriction of traditional concepts and system,research achievements without high application value,low efficiency of transferring for achievements,risks of entrepreneurship and inadequate support by local government etc. To cope with problems mentioned above,it is necessary to make full use of the leading role of the government,implement collaborative innovation of universities and colleges,and enhance the capability of entrepreneurial team.
