摘要
通过分析现阶段的农村劳动力转移存在的问题,得出政府应当从行政上、经济上以及社会层面进行有效干预,为农村劳动力的转移提供可行、高效的现实路径,促进农村劳动力有效、有序的转移,实现社会的共同进步和发展。
Through analyzing the existing problems in the transfer of rural labor force,it is indicated the government should provide a realistic path to feasible and efficient transfer of the rural labor force,from the administrative,economic and social aspects of effective intervention,to promote the transfer of rural labor force effectively and orderly,and to work for common progress and development of the society.
