癫痫发作后全面性脑电抑制的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 癫痫猝死（sudden unexpected death in epilepsy）是癫痫患者死亡的最主要原因之一1.近年来,癫痫发作后全面性脑电抑 制 （postictal generalized electroencephalography suppression,PGES）因作为癫痫猝死的可能脑电标志物受到关注2.人们很早就注意到发生或几乎发生癫痫猝死的患者,癫痫发作后会出现全面性的脑电活动抑制[3-6],但该现象一直未得到系统研究.2010年,Lhatoo等2分析了10例发生癫痫猝死的患者的视频脑电图结果,发现这些患者中PGES＞ 50 s的比例较对照组更高,提示这种脑电抑制很可能是癫痫猝死的危险因素.
