摘要
目的:评价经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对卵巢良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析84例卵巢肿瘤患者手术前进行阴道彩超多普勒超声检查,分析肿瘤内部动脉血流参数及血流分级。结果:通过对不同病理类型的肿瘤患者进行分级,结果显示在不同类型分级差异有统计学意义(字2=44.87,P<0.05);恶性肿瘤的期峰值的血流速度PSV较良性肿瘤增大,阻力指数RI降低,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对卵巢肿瘤的良、恶性的判断及分级有重要的作用,大大提高了卵巢肿瘤的诊断正确性。
Objective：To evaluate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography（TVCDU） in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumor.Method：Retrospectively analyzed of 84 cases with ovarian tumor underwent preoperative TVCDU to detect the parameters of the vascular grading and arterial vascular.Result：It showed the significant difference among the different pathological grading（χ2=44.87,P〈0.05）. The PSV in malignant tumor was significantly higher,and the RI was significantly lower to the benign tumor（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography detect has important effect on the diagnosis and classification of ovarian tumors,improves the accuracy of the diagnosis of ovarian tumors.
