摘要
随着GE燃驱压缩机组在西气东输管道上的相继投产,相配套的MARK VIe燃机控制系统在实际生产中也逐步得到应用,研究该控制系统在实际应用中的使用情况具有一定的意义。通过了解MARK VIe控制系统的构成,根据历史压缩机组控制系统的停机故障统计分布情况及故障处理报告,归纳分析各类故障产生的原因,并列出相应的故障处理措施。认真研究这类问题,总结系统的使用维护经验,有助于提高控制系统的可靠性,保障输气生产的稳定运行。
With GE gas turbines have been put into operation on the west-east gas pipeline, matching MARK VIe gas turbine control system in the actual production has gradually been applied.Research on the control system in the practical application has a certain significance.By understanding the composition of MARK VIe control system, according to the statistical distribution of downtime and troubleshooting report of history compressor control system, we summarized and analyzed the reasons for all kinds of fault and lists the appropriate troubleshooting measures.We should seriously study these issues and summary the experience of using the system mainte-nance, which help to improve the reliability of the control system and ensure the stable operation of the gas production.
