摘要
目的:探讨情感智能干预对提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者自我护理能力的应用及效果。方法:采用等组实验法设计,选择2013年7月至2014年3月收治的COPD患者80例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各40例;对照组:给予呼吸内科常规护理,包括健康教育、康复运动、药物治疗、家庭氧疗、饮食指导和心理支持等措施。试验组:在常规的治疗和护理基础上,增设情感智能干预。干预前后均采用自我健康行为能力自评量表对2组患者进行自我护理能力评价。结果:干预前2组患者自我护理能力评价差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后试验组患者的营养膳食、压力处理、运动训练、健康行为得分及自我护理能力总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:情感智能干预能提高患者的意志力,改善患者生活态度和精神状况,克服困难,自觉建立科学、健康的生活方式,提高对疾病的自我管理水平,提高自我护理能力。
Objective： To study the application and effects of the emotional intelligence intervention on the improvement of selfcare abilities of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ COPD ）. Methods： Peer group experiment design was used, 80 patients with COPD were collected from Jul 2013 to Mar 2014 and were randomly divided into control group （n =40） and experimental group （ n = 40）. Patients in control group were given respiratory medicine routine care, including heahh education, rehabilitation exercise, medication, home oxygen therapy, diet guidance and psychological support measures. Patients in treatment group were adding the emotional intelligence intervention on the basis of routine treatment and nursing. The self-assessment lists of self health behavior was used to evaluate self-care ability in patients in the two groups before and after the intervention. Results： Self care ability evaluation in the two groups before intervention had no significant differences （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Nutrition diet, stress management, sports training, health behavior scores and total scores of self-care ability in the patients in experimental group after intervention were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Emotional intelligence intervention can improve the patient＇s willpower, life attitude and spirit, overcome difficulties and consciously set up scientific and healthy way of life, raise the level of self management of disease, improve self-care ability.
