摘要
本文以东农48和合丰45大豆品种为试验对象,采用盆栽试验及室内生理测定方法,对不同氮素水平下各生育期大豆硝酸还原酶和根系活力变化进行了研究。试验结果表明:两个大豆品种在不同氮素剂量处理下,体内的硝酸还原酶和根系活力具有明显的变化,而同一剂量的不同生育期硝酸还原酶和根系活力也有差异,主要表现在结荚期硝酸还原酶最高,苗期根系活力最高。综合分析表明:适宜的氮素水平可以刺激硝酸还原酶和根系活力提高,从而促进植物对养分吸收以及光合作用积累。
In order to research the effect of different nitrogen level on soybean nitrate reductase and root activity by using pot experiments and lab analysis in soybean variety Dongnong48 and Hefeng45. The results showed that NR and root activity has obviously changed with two varieties at after different nitrogen treatment. The nitrate reductase and root activity in the leaves of soybean were different significantly at every stage, which NR and root activity were highly at pod-setting and seedling. Comprehensive analysis showed that appropriate nitrogen levels could be increased nitrate reductase and root activity for accumulation of photosynthate.
