摘要
目的评价我省住校高中学生食盐摄入量,为开展健康教育、预防慢性疾病的发生提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,随机抽取我省5个地、市7所寄宿高中学校学生调查食盐摄入情况并进行分析。结果我省住校高中学生每人每日食盐摄入量平均为10.4 g。结论我省住校高中学生食盐摄入量偏高,高于食盐的建议摄入量(6 g),建议学校尽量减少学生饭菜的食盐用量,从源头上减少学生膳食的食盐含量。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the salt intake of high school students lived on campus in Heilongjiang, and provide scientific references to develop intervention strategies. METHODS By random sampling method, the senior high school students lived on campus were randomly selected to investigate the dietary salt intake by questionnaires. RESULTS The average salt intake was 10.4g in the senior high school students lived on campus. CONCLUSION The salt consumption of students lived on campus were higher than 6g per day recommended by Chinese Nutrition Society. It is very important to suggest to decrease the salt usage in usual dietary, which would decrease the salt intake of students and improve the health.
