摘要
目的了解于洪区农村地区中学生视力不良患病状况,为农村中学生近视防治工作提供依据。方法 2013年对于洪区农村中学4 840名学生采用标准对数视力表进行检查。结果 2013学年于洪区农村中学生视力不良检出率为63.55%,视力不良率随着年级增高而明显上升,重度视力不良程度随着年级上升而增高,而轻、中度视力不良率逐渐降低。结论于洪区农村中学生视力状况不容乐观,防控工作任重而道远,应大力开展健康教育宣教工作,采取多方面的防控措施。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence of middle school students＇ vision in rural areas of Yuhong District, provide the basis for rural high school students myopia prevention. METHOD For the flood area of 4 840 rural high school students by using the standard vision chart checks in 2013. RESULTS In 2013 school year, Yuhong District Rural Middle School detection rate of poor vi- sion was 63.55%, vision defect rate increased with school level rises significantly, the extent of poor eyesight with severe learning level rise and increased, while poor eyesight rate gradually reduced. CONCLUSION In Yuhong District, vision of rural high school students was not optimistic. Prevention and control work had long way to go, it should vigorously carry out health education mission, take various control measures.
