叶酸对H型高血压病患者PAI-1的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察叶酸对H型高血压病患者纤溶活性的影响。方法将160例H型高血压病患者随机分为安慰剂组、对照组、治疗组。对照组予常规降压治疗并血压达标,治疗组在常规降压治疗基础上予叶酸片0.8 mg/d口服,持续用药12周。用药前及用药12周分别进行血压、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂1(PAI-1)检测。结果安慰剂治疗前后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、Hcy、PAI-1差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与安慰剂组治疗后比较,对照组SBP、DBP、PAI-1差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组SBP、DBP、Hcy、PAI-1差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组SBP、DBP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Hcy、PAI-1差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叶酸片能有效降低Hcy,降低PAI-1,改善纤溶状态,从而可改善H型高血压病患者的预后。
