摘要
目的探讨参麦注射液联合倍他司汀注射液治疗后循环缺血眩晕的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将入选的75例后循环缺血眩晕患者随机分为两组,两组基础治疗相同,对照组37例,采用倍他司汀注射液进行治疗,观察组38例,采用参麦注射液联合倍他司汀注射液进行治疗,比较两组患者椎基底动脉平均血流速度(Vm)、血浆黏度、血压改变和临床疗效以及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为89.47%,明显高于对照组的78.38%(P<0.05);观察组3个月复发率为13.16%,明显低于对照组的21.62%(P<0.05);同时,观察组椎基底动脉平均血流速度、血浆黏度、血压改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合倍他司汀注射液治疗后循环缺血眩晕优于单用倍他司汀注射液治疗。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Shenmai injection combined with Betahistine injection in the treatment of vertigo caused by posterior circulation ischemia.Methods Seventy five patients with posterior circulation ischemia were randomly divided into two groups,37 patients in control group were treated with Betahistine injection while 38 patients in the observation group were treated with Shenmai injection combined with Betahistine injection.The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were compared, mean vertebral basilar arterial blood velocity and plasmic viscosity and blood pressure were compared,too.Results After treat-ment,the total effective rate of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and relapse rate of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The mean vertebral basilar arterial blood ve-locity and plasmic viscosity and blood pressure of the observation group patients were significantly higher than those of the control group patients（P〈0.05）.Adverse reaction of the two groups were mild and transient.Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with Betahistine injection in the treatment of vertigo caused by posterior circulation ischemia has a very significant effect.
