摘要
螺钉在日常生活和工业中随处可见,具有操作简易、智能、高效特点的自动锁丝机被广泛使用;新的技术原理不断应用于自动锁丝机中,螺钉送到位与否是影响锁丝成功的一个重要因素。针对气动式螺钉输送提出一种利用压差进行螺钉送到位检测的方法,进行了理论计算分析。结果表明:在其它条件不变情况下,螺钉帽与输送管间隙影响被测量压力的大小,利用压差法进行螺钉到位检测方法是可行的。
Screws can be seen everywhere in daily life and industry and automatic screw machines are extensively used for simple operation,smartness,and efficiency.New technologies have been continually applied to automatic screw machines and whether the screws can be conveyed to their right position is an important factor affecting the machine's performance.For the pneumatic screw conveying,this paper puts forward a screw position detection method with pressure difference and carries out the concerned theoretical calculation and analysis.Results show that with the other conditions unchanged,the gap between screw head and delivery pipe will influence the pressure measured,which proves the feasibility of this method.
