中国地理标志农产品的空间分布与增收效应 被引量:46

摘要 在界定地理标志经济学内涵的基础上,指出具有地理属性和集体知识产权属性的地理标志可以通过价格溢出机制对农村经济发展产生正向促进作用。指标测算表明:在2008-2012年期间,地理标志农产品空间分布的差异性越来越大,在地理上形成了一定的集中。空间滞后模型显示:地理标志农产品对农民收入具有正的溢出效应,在考察期内,各省区的地理标志农产品每增加1种,实际农民收入增加0.1%,地理标志农产品对实际农民收入的总增长贡献为8.12%,平均每年贡献为2.03%。 This paper analyzes the economics significance of geographical indication,and points out protection system of geographical indication can promote rural development,because of geographical indication's features of geography and collective intellectual property. According to the method of regional economy,the measurement results of spatial difference index such as Theilindex and CV indicate geographical indication is higher and higher from 2008 to 2012,spatial concentration index such as concentration rate and Herfindahl index has a tendency to centralize around the same time. There exists spillover effect from geographical indication to rural income,when the number of geographical indication production adds 1,rural income increases0. 1%. From the end of 2008 to 2012,geographical indication in China contributes 8. 12% to the total growth of rural income with annual rate of 2. 03%.
