摘要
基于SINAMICS S120装置设计的交流多机传动控制系统,介绍该S120回馈整流单元(SLM)的主要控制要求;结合实际设计工作,分析预充电控制回路和进线断路器控制回路的控制特点。对比分析单独BLM、两个并联的SLM以及并联的BLM和SLM分别用作电源模块时,进线断路器控制回路的特点。
The paper describes the main control requirement of Smart Infeeds Unit （ SLM） of SINAMICS S120-based AC multi-drive control system, and the control characteristics of the pre-charging circuit and main breaker circuit on the basis of actual design experience. The paper explains the characteristics of the incoming breaker circuit when single BLM, two BLMs and parallelly connected BLM and SLM are used as power supply module respectively.
