摘要
随着油田开发进入中后期,修井作业任务日益繁重。传统作业方式下工人劳动强度大、作业环境恶劣、井口操作安全隐患多。文章在充分现场调研、技术分析、优化修井作业工艺的基础上,同时汲取了国内外各种自动化修井技术经验,设计出了一套全部的修井作业自动化装置。通过远程控制系统,实现管柱自动拉送排放及单根抓取、管柱扶正对中、上卸扣及吊卡自动倒换的自动化修井装置,同时实现了井口无人操作,避免了安全事故的发生。该装置设计利用UG三维软件创建出整套系统的三维实体模型。在理论分析的基础上,利用UG中的NX Nastran模块和Motion模块对其进行有限元受力与运动仿真分析,仿真试验结果为设计改进和装备制造提供了依据。该自动化装置采用液压控制,结构简单,安全可靠,拆装方便,易操作,应用前景广阔。
Workover treatment is becoming more difficult along with the late period oilfield development. In order to improve operation conditions,a set of automatic device for workover operations was designed based on the field investigation and optimizing work-over process. The automatic device could realize automatically sending tubing string,centering the casing,screw on and screw off etc. The three-dimensional entity model of the automatic device was created by using UG 3D software.According the theoretical analysis,the finite element stress and motion simulation analysis were done by using the UG NX Nastran module and Motion module. The simulation test results could provided basis for design and manufacture of automatic device. This automatic device adopts hydraulic control,its structure is simple,and is easy to operate,and has a wide application prospect.
