陇东恶性漏失区域充气钻井及封堵技术研究与应用 被引量:6

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF AERATED DRILLING AND PLUGGING TECHNOLOGY IN LONGDONG SERIOUS LEAKAGE AREA

摘要 陇东地区洛河组裂缝极为发育,承压能力低,漏失频繁,尤其大型漏失、恶性漏失多,防漏堵漏难度大,一次堵漏成功率低,处理复杂时间较长,成为安全快速钻井的主要障碍,严重影响了陇东地区的勘探开发速度。早期在陇东地区进行了基于充气钻井的防漏治漏现场试验,充气钻井成功抢钻漏层,在防漏钻进方面取得了显著效果,但是在抢钻后堵漏、窄密度窗口参数控制、特低地层压力系数地层充气液循环建立等方面还存在一定技术难度。文章通过对陇东地区漏失特点、出水和漏失同存地层的充气钻井技术、漏层封堵技术等进行了深入的研究分析,提出了适合陇东地区的充气防漏钻井和漏层封堵技术方案,并应用于ZH454井,取得了显著地防漏治漏效果,为陇东地区以及类似地区的防漏治漏提供了新手段,有利于提高恶性漏失区块的勘探开发速度。 The Luohe reservoir of Longdong area has the characteristics of developed fractures,low pressure- bearing capacity and frequent leakage,its leak protection and sealing are very difficult,and the success ratio of once sealing is low. All of these problems become main obstacle for rapid and safe drilling,and then further influence seriously the speed of exploration and development in Longdong area. Aerated drilling technology wassuccessfully used in early leak protection of Longdong area,and achieved remarkable results in leak protection drilling,but after drilled,it 's difficult to plug leakage,control narrow density window parameter,establish gassy fluid circulation in low pressure coefficient formation. Through deeply research and analyzing the leak features of Longdong area,aerated drilling technology and sealing technology,the leak protection aerated drilling and leakage zone sealing technology suited for Longdong area were put forward,and applied in well ZH454,achieved remarkable leak protection and sealing effects. This research provided new methods for leak protection and sealing in Longdong or other similar areas.
