CEMENTING TECHNOLOGIES FOR HORIZONTAL WELLS IN PENGSHUI SHALE GAS FIELD

摘要 页岩气藏具有储层物性差、孔隙度低和渗透率低等特点,一般采用水平井配合后期大型分段压裂技术才能获得产能,这就对页岩气水平井固井质量提出很高的要求。为提高彭水页岩气水平井固井质量,在彭页2HF、彭页3HF、彭页4HF井,应用了SCW驱油前置液体系、SFP弹性水泥浆体系、提高套管居中度等工艺技术,为今后彭水区块提高页岩气水平井固井质量积累了经验。 Pengshui shale gas reservoir has the characteristics of poor reservoir physical property,low porosity and low permeability,so horizontal well drilling technology and staged fracturing technique are used to obtain productivity,which requires high cementing quality. In order to improve the cementing quality of horizontal well in Pengshui shale gas field,some techniques such as SCW pad fluid system,SFP elastic cement slurry and casing centering were used in the operation of PY2 HF,PY3HF,PY4 HF. Application results showed that the cementing qualification rate was high up 100%.
