摘要
运用社会网络分析的方法,对跨区域重大工程项目风险间相互关系进行了研究和探讨。首先识别出了跨区域重大工程项目的 18个风险因素,通过识别其相互关系、计算可达矩阵构建风险网络。然后计算风险网络的密度、节点中心度和中间中心度,并结合跨区域重大工程项目的特点对计算结果进行分析。最后基于社会网络分析将风险分类,并针对不同类别风险的特点提出不同的风险管理策略。研究对于加深对跨区域重大工程项目风险的认识、提高管理效率和管理质量具有重要意义。
Using Social Network Analysis (SNA),the interrelations among risks of interregional large-scale construction pro-jects are discussed.Firstly,1 8 risk factors of interregional large-scale construction projects are identified.By analyzing the interrelations among these risk factors and calculating the reachability matrix,a risk network can be got.Then the density, degree centrality and between centrality of the risk network are computed,and the results of calculation are analyzed com-bined with the characteristic of the interregional large-scale construction projects.In the end,according to the result of SNA, the risk factors are classified,and different risk management strategies for the different sorts are put forward.The conclusion is very helpful for deepening the understanding of interregional large-scale construction projects risks and improving the effi-ciency and quality of management.
