摘要
目的 :探究对患者进行鼻内镜手术时采用中西医结合治疗的效果。方法 :选取2012年2月-2013年1月收治的186例采用鼻内镜手术的患者,随机分为实验组91例和对照组95例,实验组在围手术期采用中西医结合治疗,对照组仅采用西医治疗。结果 :实验组治疗总有效率(96.70%)明显高于对照组(85.26%);实验组术后术腔清洁时间和上皮化时间均明显短于对照组;实验组复发率明显低于对照组。差异均具有统计学意义。结论 :鼻内镜手术的患者在围手术期间采用中西医结合治疗能提高患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective：To explore the efficacy of the combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicines on endoscopic sinus operation.Methods：One hundred and eighty-six cases of patients treated with endoscopic sinus operation from February, 2012 to January, 2013 were randomly divided into an experimental group （n=91） and a control group （n=95）. The experimental group was treated with the combination therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicines in the perioperative period while the control group only with western medicine.Results：The total effective rate was significantly higher in the experimental group （96.70%） than in the control group （85.26%）. The times for postoperative surgical cavity cleaning and the epithelization were signiifcantly shorter in the experimental group than in the control group. The recurrence rate was signiifcantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group. All the differences were statistically signiifcant. Conclusion： The combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicines can improve the efifcacy of the patients performing endoscopic sinus operation in the perioperative period, which is worthy of clinical use.
