摘要
简要介绍该公司尿素装置高压设备的设计参数、制作工艺和首次检测前的生产情况,针对首检中发现的问题,逐项进行了处理。指出检测结果不仅是对设备的设计、选材、制造、生产的一次检验,也为工艺指标的修正、生产控制的优化提供了依据。
The paper briefly introduces design parameters, craftsmanship and production status before the first detection of urea plant high-pressure devices equipments in the company, in allusion to the problems discovered in detection, proceeding term by term. It also points out that detection result is not only a test to design, materials, manufacturing of equipments, but also provides gist for correction of process indexes and the optimization of production control.
