摘要
在"两段式"实践教学过程中实施临床路径(CP)教学法,将临床路径理念引入"两段式"实践教学工作中,以临床路径表单为依据对见习生组织教学。结果提示,CP教学法有益于建立标准化、规范化和程序化的教学流程;有益于增强学生学习的主动性、积极性及综合能力的形成;有益于规范临床医师的带教行为,提高见习生对带教效果的满意度。
In the "two-stage" process of practice teaching,the implementation of clinical pathways(CP) approach introduced the concept of "two-stage" practice in order to form the basis of the clinical pathway for trainees to organize teaching methods. Results shows that CP pedagogy is beneficial to establish standardized processes and procedures of teaching,beneficial to enhance student learning initiative,enthusiasm and the formation of capacity,beneficial to standardize teaching behavior of clinicians to improve the trainees' satisfaction with teaching effectiveness.
