摘要
目的探讨颈源性眼痛手法治疗的疗效。方法选择单侧颈源性眼痛患者40例、双侧20例，经过检查排除眼科及神经系统疾病后，行颈部软组织手法松解、颈椎整骨手法治疗。结果治疗1~5次症状缓解41例（68．3％），6~10次缓解的16例（26．7％），无效3例（5％）。结论对于眼球胀病、眼眶痛、眼球牵拉感痛、刺痛及异物感等症状的患者，在常规眼科治疗没有取得明显疗效时，可考虑颈源性病因。
Objective To observe clinical efficacy on cervical ophthalmalgia through cervical manul therapy ,dis- using cervical vertebrae how to cause ophthalmalgia. Methods Choose 40 patients with unilateral cervical ophthalmal- gia and 20 bilaterals from july 2007 to july 2014. perfroming manul therapy on solft-tissue of cervical and osteopathy on cervical verthraes aftering examining and diselling the diseases of ophthalmology and neurology. Results 41patients （percentage 68.3） relieved after one to five times, treatment at once, 16 （percentage 26.7） relieved after six to ten times af- ter therapy ,3 patients have no effect, only percentage 5. Conclusion The patients with eye bulging ,eyeball pain, orbit pain ,dragging pain, sting and other pain, it is advised to consider the cervical reason if the ophthalmology treatment does not work, so as not to make mistakes for patient.
