摘要
富脂类食品富含油脂,容易氧化和水解而导致食品酸败变质。为了保护食品不变质,包装材料必须具有隔离食品与氧气、光照、水汽的作用。通过对包装材料的合理设计与检测,能够有效提高富脂类食品的货架期质量,充分发挥包装对内容物的保护作用,提高食品的安全性。本文对食品软包装材料设计的要点进行了介绍。
Because of the high lipid content, rich - lipid foods are easy to oxidation and hydro- lytic rancidity deterioration. To protect quality of food, package materials should have excellent barrier property in oxygen, light and water vapour. Design and test packaging materials reason- ably can extend the shelf life of lipid - rich food, protect the content better, and improve the safety of food effectively. The article introduces the main design point of food flexible package.
