摘要
针对双单片机冲床主从式系统的软件分工,分别设计主CPU系统和从CPU系统的软件结构。主CPU完成系统的管理和数据处理等非实时性任务,从CPU完成插补和位置控制等实时性任务。采用双口RAM通信协议,加速主从CPU系统间机床状态信息和加工数据的传送。
The software structures of the principal CPU and the subordinate CPU are designed respectively on software division of principal- subordination system of dual MCU punch. Non real time tasks, such as system man- agement? and data processing, are completed by the principal CPU ; real time tasks are completed by the subordi- nate CPU, including interpolation and position control. Two- port RAM communication protocol is adopted to ac- celerate the transmission of machine tool state information and processing data between the principal CPU system and the subordination CPU system.
